该插件将机器学习库Tensorflow.NET实现到grasshopper草蜢插件中，以提供一些机器学习功能。还包括了分析建筑材料循环利用问题的相关组件。包含的示例文件展示了如何定义监督学习问题、如何保存和加载训练好的网络、如何在grasshopper中使用Keras API、GANs以及如何处理grasshopper中的深度强化学习。
要在grasshopper中定义强化学习问题，还需要安装插件"Anemone"：Anemone
插件"Owl" 也可用于张量可视化：Owl
