Neuron是一个BCI工具集，不需要太多技能/知识即可实现(1)获取EEG数据和指标；(2)创建BCI原型；(3)记录结果以便进一步分析。

- 读取UDP：从OpenBCI GUI接收并解析UDP数据包。
- 写入文件：将输入数据写入csv文件（追加模式）。
- IFTTT_Webhook：触发IFTTT事件。
- Band Power：计算频带功率。
- 指标：不同神经活动的指示器（注意力，放松，移动意图，工作量，导航，创造力）。
- x_by_time：按时间（x）绘制数据（y）。
- xy_by_time：按时间（z）绘制两个数据列表（x和y）。
- Hist+CI：绘制直方图和两组数据的渐近置信区间。
