一个新的块编辑工具，用来替代原有的块编辑插件。
同时支持群组以及群组内的嵌套块。你可以在嵌套块中自由撤销操作。
主要新特性：
- 双击打开（嵌套的子块也可以通过连续双击打开）
- 双击空白区域保存并关闭（嵌套块也可以通过双击空白层至层来关闭）
- 支持非均匀缩放的块编辑
- 切换当前块外对象的隐藏或锁定模式
- 移除块内的对象
- 相同的编辑模式支持群组及嵌套群组
其他特性：
- 块附近显示按钮，便于点击
- 唯一化一个块（保存后应用）
- 更改块名称（保存后应用）
- 更改块原点，其他相同实例不移动。（保存后应用）
- 使用命令支持别名作为自定义快捷方式
