Laminate Tools 是一款独立的Windows应用程序，涵盖了结构设计的整个设计-分析-校验-制造团队流程，同时专注于复合材料的特性。
它是模块化的，由六个模块组成：查看，几何，设计，分析，校验和制造。查看模块展示了只读的查看功能，允许对复合材料设计进行简单而深入的检查和理解。另外五个模块（几何，设计，分析，校验，制造）通过导入表面几何，创建层压和铺层材料信息，FE层压属性，检查FEA应力结果，生成失效指数，导出层压图案并实现与第三方应用之间的信息流，扩展了产品卓越的功能。
