插件简介:
此工具是对Didier Bur写的 dim_angle.rb 的重写和增强。它将角维度绘制到草图模型上。对Bur 的原始插件更改包括：
- 用户输入角弧所需半径，绘制后可修改，直到下一个角度启动或选择其他工具
- 用户选择内部（<180）或外部（>180）角度，带有光标指示，绘制后可修改，直到下一个角度开始或选择其他工具
