iGene是由同济大学SD-II实验室（可持续设计和智能推理实验室）开发的，旨在提高基于性能的智能优化设计的效率。
该插件优化了数据传输，有效提高了在Grasshopper环境中使用代理模型时遗传算法的优化效率。它解决了在每次预测中模型加载时间长的问题。
用户可以使用此插件运行任何与建模优化相关的机器学习代理模型，并真正从代理模型提供的加速中受益。
我们提供了两个示例：一个用于一般条件下的优化，另一个用于使用代理模型的优化。值得注意的是，除了使用代理模型外，iGene在一般优化场景中也表现得非常出色。
