Added support for transforming between the Rectangle3d (RhinoAPI) geometry type and OSGeo geometry. Fixed a bug that happened when writing files (Save to GIS File/SaveGIS component) and added support for a component that allows to create data trees from lists.

Major bug fixes, increased computation speed of most of the components (orders of magnitude faster). Added components for proper raster handling. When installing make sure to erase the previous versions as for code compactness we do not keep obsolete components from previous versions.
